CANCELLATION POLICY


The Iron Orchid Aesthetic Haus is an appointment-only based aesthetic suite. When scheduling your appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you and your skin's needs. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment, I kindly ask that you do so within 24- 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You may cancel/reschedule online or you may call the office at 704.253.4511 and leave a message. 

Life happens, unexpected things come up. Should you need to cancel your appointment, same-day, I kindly ask you to CALL the office at 704.253.4511 to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 3 hours notice, if at all possible. 

Habitual (3 or more) last minute cancellations (occuring within a 3 hour window from your appointment time) will result in a CANCELLATION FEE of $35. This fee is non-refundable, nor will it apply to future service totals or product sales. Recurring late cancellations hinder my ability to be available for other people whom I also love to serve.

lATE POLICY


I understand there are times when you may running behind for your appointment. 

A 15 minute grace period is given for all clients. Please call to let me know you are running behind. 

Please note, due to late arrivals with in the 15 minute grace period, your treatment time may be shortened to keep the rest of my clients on schedule. 

Failure to arrive after the 15 minute grace period, will result in a NO - SHOW status and you will need to reschedule.

NO - SHOW POLICY


Clients who are not present for their scheduled appointment time, are considered NO -SHOWS. A third no-show occurence, and every other occurence thereafter, will result in a $35 NO SHOW FEE. This fee is non-refundable, nor will it apply to future service totals or product sales.
